Service Description

For groups of any size, I bring decades of experience with process arts, from World Café and Open Space to Theory U and Liberating Structures. I guide groups through complexity without forcing outcomes, inviting them to embrace the tension of the unknown while listening deeply to every voice in the room. I infuse the work with sacred playfulness, where humor becomes nervous system medicine and makes even hard conversations feel more human and alive. 5hr minimum unless located in Maui, but chat with me to figure out the right fit.
